How we handle reviews

Only real reviews

We only publish reviews from people who have bought and used a Morrow product. We never write reviews ourselves, pay for positive reviews, or copy reviews from other shops or suppliers.

Good and bad

We publish every genuine review, whatever the star rating. We don't hide or delay critical reviews.

Our first reviews

Our first 20 reviews come from friends and family who bought the product from us before launch. Reviews from orders placed on this website are marked "Verified buyer".

What we remove

We only remove or edit reviews to take out personal details, offensive language or content that isn't about the product. We never change a rating or rewrite what someone said.

How we check

We check each review against a purchase record before publishing, and we mark reviews from website orders as "Verified buyer".

Report a review

If you think a review on our site is fake or misleading, email hello@morrowglow.co.uk and we'll look into it.
